fished the swallow lake in woodlands today had 24 carp all around 3-5 lb not very big but a good day anyways ...lost 15 aswell they kept coming off the hook
my bro also had 5 carp and a bream

sounds a ood day,what was you fishing ,float or on the bottom,also what bait?i took my girl fishing the other day for the first time,only catching small perch so she could get used to it butshe did manage a small tench,and small carp,good fun those fish you got there on a float rod and 4lb line

i was on feeder all day using sweetcorn and meat ive never used a float in woodlands yet you dont seem to get many bites all i use is a float rod though for the feeder with with my baitrunner loaded with 10lb line was a good day
