made a start on a new farm with aya,managed to knock down 21 birds and also 1 woodpigeon that came across in front of us,lost a good few birds in the grass amongst the decoys but managed to pick a few up for a pic,all of the birds were jackdaws and the farmer said they were starting to nest in his barns,2 weeks and back out again on this farm so fingers crossed for some more sport

back out on the same farm again to have another go,birds were back,,again the grass was long and we lost a good load of birds in the grass,had 4 pigeons that came over as well,also aya managed to get a high shot on a large crow that came over ,the jackdaws were showing well though and we managed to get a few more,went past 2 days after this photo was taked on my way to another farm on a lambing call and as i went past the field i counted 7 birds all jackdaws above the place where we had our hide,jusr want some good weather now so the farm can have it first cut,roll on the good weather,lol

me and me mate had a do today the farmer rang us up saying can you come and sort a few of these crows out. got their and set up we was both using 20bores with a 28gram load of 6's. started at 11 and packed up and in the pub for 5 we picked 96 crows and jackdaws and id rekon half again that we couldnt pick not a bad do for a few hours |
