went back out on the boat this sunday just gone and timed it just right with all the weather we been having,it was really hot and the fish were biting with a few good fish coming on the boat,sad to say i only caught doggies,there was a nice tope which weighed 23lb and a small conger which was 17lb,the bull huss were biting well and the best weighed 12 lb witha good few smaller ones around5lb to 8lb coming as well,a load of small congers kept the lads busy as well,only 1 mackerel was caught and this time last week the same boat had 300 in 2 hours of feathering,a few pics below of the day out good

the lads were i live tell me that a few anglers have lost sets of feathers from the shore whilst bringing them in blue sharks are grabbing the mackeral and tearing off and parting the lines.

good stuff, out on a boat on friday evening, relaly looking forward to it now!

top pics mate looks like a good laugh

few pics from this weekend out on the boat,a bit early yet for expecting any good results but still managed to have a good day,variety of fish coming on the boat were congers ranging from 5lb with the best conger being just over 19lb,also a few rays coming on board but nothing over 10lb,as usual a good number of doggies were pinching the baits,one small codling,and also a bonus spurdog which was on the 15lb mark,all fish were being caught on mostly whole squid and a few on squid and worm,weather was on our side and did not have any rain at all,all fish were caught just off the barry water mark,few pics below

the boat was out again today and weather was good all day,a good number of congers were caught with the biggest topping the scales at over 40lb,also few rays and doggies,in total over 300lb in weight of congers came on the boat,few pics of the catches on the boat

do you ever do deep sea conger whreck fishing mate my town is famous for it and our club holds the british record for conger at the moment and wins the british conger championships on a regular basis.

i been a few times mate after big conger,seen a good few come on the boat as well,but nothing big for me as of yet,only small ones biggest being up to 25lb,but fingers crossed will be getting a big one soon,lol
