| i prefer the live catch ones myself,had others and when checked the trap i have found rats and squirrels caught by the leg,at least with live catch traps you can make sure it over quick for them |

Dave, I think the answer would be 'No'.
The rules on the spring traps we can use in the UK are fairly specific so unless it's known by a brand name on this list, it's not legal.
