| is their any were away from your neighbours garden you could snare it? if its coming in the dark you should try setting snares as soon as it goes dark or as soon as your neighbours go sleep? it maybe the only way you can get it unless |

Have you sorted the fox yet?
The normal way that us pest controllers would deal with it would be to use a live fox trap baited with some whiskers, pre bait it for several days and when the fox was taking the bait every day set the trap, you could maybe get away with a side opening larsen trap (metal wire type) as i have caught foxes in them before by accident, such a shame
The reason i suggest the larsen trap is you are more likely to know someone with a larsen rather than a live fox trap. |

Stupid or not he should be able to be caught in a live trap, he needs to get use to it been there first, then its a case of changing the food until he can't resist it, then letting him make it a daily routine and "his" dinner, foxes are very lazy as you will know and providing they feel safe will go for a free lunch every time.
Never failed to trap a fox in the days when i was on the tools.
Of course the other option is to get hold of a fully moderated .410 or 12g and wait for him and give it to him at close range.
Good luck |
